yumでnorlugの下記パッケージをぶち込む

/etc/freshclam.confのExampleの行を

をコメントアウト
/etc/clamd.confの

#TCPSocket 3310
#TCPAddr 127.0.0.1
LocalSocket /var/run/clamav/clamd.sock
MaxConnectionQueueLength 25

TCP接続しないのでコメントアウトと、ローカルソケットファイル名を有効に。
最大接続キューを25に。
そししてclmadを起動、freshclamで定義ファイルをダウンロード

# freshclam
# /etc/init.d/clamd start
